Stoplight Toolkits

Know Your Zone. Call SafeMed Team 901-516-2474 for warning signs or symptoms and medication problems. The Safemed Program is not intended to replace regular services provided by your doctor.
The following toolkits provide disease specific information regarding signs or symptoms in each of the zones, helping patients to decide when to contact their primary care physician and when a visit to the ED is necessary.
